Announcements
This year's annual meeting will be held on 6/8/24
at the city building. We are attempting to adopt new declarations and
bylaws which requires approval by 51% of the entire membership. Therefore
it is extremely important to get maximum participation in the vote this
year. A mailing of the announcement will be forthcoming sometime in
April. In the meantime, we are including copies of the announcement
letter and a draft
copy of the new declarations and bylaws for your review. Voting
for approval of the new bylaws will begin in May and must be received
by June 8th. Voting ballots will be accepted by either returning the
mail in ballot via USPS, emailing your vote (with your name and a list
of the lot(s) you own, or by providing a copy of your ballot the day
of the annual meeting.
In addition, we will need to vote in new board
officers for Vice President and Secretary and at least one new board
member. Please start considering potential nominees and have them write
up a brief resume highlighting their experience, knowledge or skills.
Current HOA Dues are as follows:
- $175 per vacant

- $200 per lot

term rentals are not allowed in Bridgerland and the HOA is enforcing
