At the annual meeting held June 13, 2026, the Association elected new officers and board members.

Dave Swartz was elected as our new President, and Melinda Hunsaker was nominated and accepted as our new Vice President. Dave Endicott and Rick Shahan were nominated and accepted as new board members. Please join us in welcoming them and thanking them for their willingness to serve.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to David Wittner for his service as President, and to departing board members Dan Larson and Bob Linnell. Their time and effort on behalf of Bridgerland Village are greatly appreciated.

Current HOA Dues:

$250 per vacant lot $300 per lot with home
