Welcome to the Bridgerland Village Home Owners Association web site. This site is provided by the Association's Board of Directors as a way to distribute information of importance to property owners within Bridgerland Village. Bridgerland Village is a developing community on both sides of highway 89 bordering the Cache National Forest and overlooking Utah's beautiful Bear Lake. The area has many things to offer our members including direct access to groomed snowmobile trails in the winter which become ATV trails in the summer, convenient access to the local golf courses, boating or jet-skiing on Bear Lake, fishing, relaxing on the Bear Lake's beaches, or enjoying the shops and restaurants Garden City has to offer.
